Early Childhood Educators have the greatest impact on lifelong learning, and often times receive little support. We will discuss the challenges ECEs face, and brainstorm how we - as informals and as advocates - can support the efforts of early childhood through a variety of missions and programming. We will also discuss successful tactics of early childhood programs that connect families and caregivers with lifelong learning and parent-buy in.
